Role Description

The Digital Content Producer will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and creation to publication and analysis. This role is perfect for a natural storyteller with strong project management skills and a passion for creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

The Editor should be hands-on with the latest video editing and AI-based tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Canva). He/She should be able to produce content from storyboard using the latest Generative AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Video mixing and editing experience
  • Experience in video production for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
  • Experience in Generative AI-based videos and animation production
  • Edit short-form videos and create simple motion graphics for social media and web use
  • Be comfortable with exploring and testing new ideas
  • Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas, staying ahead of industry trends and audience interests
  • Develop and manage a detailed editorial calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation, production, or a digital marketing role
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency with basic video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, or similar)
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • A portfolio of published work demonstrating skills in creating diverse digital content
