Job Description:
As a Senior Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing content strategies across various platforms. You will oversee content creation processes from inception to execution and ensure that the output aligns with our brand's voice and goals. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and practical expertise in content development and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of content production, including planning, creation, editing, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to ensure cohesive and strategic content delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance and feedback to constantly improve output quality.
  • Analyze content performance and use insights to inform future content strategies and improvements.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet content goals and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform the content strategy.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in content production, with a track record of successful content campaigns.
  • Proven experience in a senior role within content creation or content strategy.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to inform content decisions.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital content tools such as WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a content team and managing creative projects.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and its application in content strategies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business and audience needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
