Job Summary:

The QA Executive is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the performance of online classes and teaching sessions to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live and recorded online teaching sessions to evaluate performance.
  • Assess teachers' adherence to lesson plans, communication standards, and teaching methodologies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with teams to share feedback and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Assist in creating and updating QA guidelines, rubrics, and performance metrics.
  • Provide support during teacher onboarding and training, as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of evaluations and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic integrity standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education background preferred).
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the EdTech or online education sector.
  • Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and observation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused during night shifts.
  • Comfortable working with technology and online tools/platforms.
