Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pakistan Studies Teacher, based in Karachi. The individual will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons, designing assessments, and grading student work. The teacher will also be expected to participate in staff meetings, collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, and communicate with parents about student progress.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in teaching Pakistan Studies with a strong understanding of the curriculum
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and classroom management skills
  • Ability to design and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Experience with assessment design and grading
  • Patience and ability to build a rapport with students
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications
  • Previous teaching experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Pakistan Studies, History, Education or a related field
