Company Background

We are a premium hospitality tour company offering luxury tours of Pakistan for travelers from all over the world. We are also partners with PIA, Air Blue and Fly Jinnah to book domestic flight tickets and hotels in Pakistan for our international guests from 7 territories (Dubai, Doha, Jeddah, Riyadh, Muscat, Kuala Lumpur, Dhaka), as well as our domestic customers from within Pakistan.

Project Scope

We need a Telemarketing professional with prior years of work experience in Telesales in these international & domestic territories. The job involves calling warm and cold leads across the 8 territories daily, proposing the trip & flight packages to them, and trying to convert them to Sales. The bigger the Sales the bigger the Reward. This is a fixed pay job with an attractive commission margin. It's a daily job with a fixed number of hours per day.

Pre-joining Responsibility

  • Understand in detail the products being sold.
  • Review all the product sheets, itienrary, airline connection options and details, hotels details, FAQs, and prices.
  • Keep an active conversation with CPT product team to ask any questions about the products and price.
  • Gain knowledge on Pakistan Tourism by studying the CPT website.Study all the ads being marketed and any supportive collateral and PPTs that will be used with customers
  • Get linked with CPT social pages via your professional/personal social account to enable Leads data upload
  • Discuss and establish a sales conversion funnel with the CPT team before the launch. This funnel will help you plan the required sales communication at each stage of the funnel, and prepare any required collateral (PPT quotations, booking forms to be signed by customer, bank account details).

Post-joining responsibility

  • Upload the leads daily from all 3 social platforms into separate data sheets for each of the 6 markets.
  • Contact the leads back within 24 hours max of receiving the lead data. Use your sales conversion skills effectively to persuade the customer from consideration to conversion action.
  • Be conversion focused on your communication towards bookings and payments.
  • Try to minimize customized quotations and focus on selling the standard trip package and dates.
  • Liaising with the CPT product manager everyday for the type of quotation and booking needed by the customer.
  • Get back to customer requests for clarities within 24 hours in liaison with the CPT team.
  • Maintain a clear customer database with daily updated status of each lead for managements clarity.
  • Pursue and follow-up with leads frequently and adapt to their requirements for call-backs and messages (for e.g. Zoom calls) Maintain professionalism when representing the Chalo Pakistan brand with all customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs75,000.00 per month
