  1. All inspections at Tube Mill are carried out according to instruction and as per specifications and quality standards

  2. All the measuring & testing equipment of Tube Mill give correct reading & each & every equipment in use is calibrated one

  3. Inspection of all CR and HR Tube Mills, at least thrice per shift, to ensure products' surface condition, diameter, length, weight, flattening, drift expansion and eddy check parameters.

  4. Ensure compliance with all instructions for export orders, in consultation with Manager Quality's Assurance

  5. Identify and highlight business risks and OHSE related risks within the process and area of control, wherever applicable.

  6. Identify and implement controls to mitigate the risks

Qualification :

Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy

BSC

Experience: 1-3 years
