We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Full Stack MERN Developer with in-depth knowledge of and expertise in working with large datasets. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack and leveraging the power of for server-side rendering and optimized performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable web applications using the MERN stack, with an emphasis on for server-side rendering.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user experiences, particularly when dealing with large datasets.
  • Implement data models and database structures to efficiently handle and process large amounts of data, utilizing MongoDB and other relevant technologies.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external services or third-party APIs to enhance functionality and provide seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards, and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality.
  • Conduct performance analysis, identify bottlenecks, and optimize applications for scalability and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices, and proactively propose and implement improvements to the development process and architecture.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in full-stack web development using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack.
  • Proficiency in and a deep understanding of its server-side rendering capabilities and performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong expertise in working with and processing large datasets efficiently, utilizing appropriate database technologies such as MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), along with experience in modern front-end frameworks/libraries like
  • Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating external services or third-party APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges, propose effective solutions, and implement them with attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6-8 Years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and its implementation in MERN stack applications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deployment and scaling of web applications.
