Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    telemarketing campaigns
    to promote our construction services and generate leads.
  • Manage and grow our presence on
    social media platforms
    (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop creative marketing strategies to increase engagement and attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls and online interaction.
  • Share company updates, projects, and promotions effectively across platforms.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in
    telemarketing or social media marketing
    is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in
    English and Urdu
    .
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Familiarity with social media tools, trends, and advertising campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work on a commission basis.
