About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated
HR Associate
with 3–4 years of experience in the IT sector to manage and support a wide range of HR functions. The role requires a strong foundation in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of contributing to both operational excellence and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage employment contract lifecycle (issuance, renewals, amendments) in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure timely issuance of HR-related documents such as appointment letters, confirmations, and experience certificates.

Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits (EOBI, IESSI, group insurance, etc.) and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Employee Relations & Workplace Support

  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances confidentially and professionally.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace environment.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries.

HR Projects, Training & Development

  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives, including digitalization (HRIS/Oracle Fusion).
  • Track and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, payroll accuracy, etc.) to support operational improvements.
  • Conduct training and development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Functions, HR policies, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS/HRMS systems (Oracle Fusion preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
