Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Assistant, located in Islamabad. The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR functions, including employee records management, benefits administration, training coordination, and handling HR-related inquiries. Daily tasks include maintaining HRIS systems, assisting with recruitment processes, and helping with employee onboarding and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Skills in Benefits Administration
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate training programs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
