
Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong ability to close deals, manage incoming leads, and actively follow up to drive sales growth. This role requires someone who is passionate about sales, able to build relationships, and skilled at managing the entire sales process from lead generation to conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Sales Conversion:
- Handle incoming leads and qualify them effectively to identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers by effectively communicating the value of the product or service.
- Follow-up & Relationship Building:
- Regularly follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Maintain an organized and timely follow-up schedule to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall sales growth of the company.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Communication & Negotiation:
- Communicate the benefits and value of the product/service clearly and persuasively.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms effectively to close sales.
- Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Sales Reporting & Insights:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions with prospects in the CRM.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, challenges, and industry trends to help improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets (B2B).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Skilled at handling objections, negotiating, and closing sales deals.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales performance.
- A self-starter with excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently, while collaborating with the team.
