Join our team to lead and manage the end-to-end ice cream production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation at every stage. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering our customers' favorite frozen treats.
What we ask
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within manufacturing or supply chain; hands-on experience at a production site is a strong advantage.
- B.Sc/BE Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering. A Masters degree in Engineering and/or Management Sciences will be a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Lean, TPM, and ideally Asset Management or Maintenance practices.
- Demonstrated experience in Operational Excellence, change management, and project execution.
- Strong understanding of financial principles related to manufacturing, including cost savings identification, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
- Proficiency in performance and financial monitoring tools, such as OEE, loss analysis, cost modeling, and savings tracking systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Suitable previous roles may include: Plant Manager, Production Manager.

Vacancy description
- Lead auditing of processes and systems, ensuring readiness and compliance at all times.
- Monitor and resolve compliance anomalies, driving continuous process improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the manufacturing team, fostering high performance and engagement.
- Identify and address training and development needs, maintaining a skills & knowledge matrix.
- Drive a performance-driven, customer-focused, and cost-efficient culture.
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and ensure delivery on SQPDMO KPIs (Safety, Quality, Performance, Delivery, Morale, Others).
- Control and steward the approved budget (fixed & variable), optimizing cost drivers such as SWB, energy, labor, and maintenance.
- Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and eliminate losses.
- Manage succession planning, performance appraisals, and development plans for subordinates.
- Ensure discipline and code of conduct compliance within the department.
- Lead installation, modification, and optimization of equipment for improved productivity.
- Drive compliance with Autonomous Management, 5S, Kaizen, and FI roadmaps in collaboration with pillar leads.
- Oversee and ensure quality of performance control system meetings at all levels.
- Lead execution of manufacturing projects in liaison with the Projects & Technical Services department.
- Oversee product trials, innovations, and new product development in coordination with Technology & R&D.
- Ensure smooth transfer of projects from development to operational execution.
- Manage 3P labour operations effectively and ensure industrial peace within the manufacturing unit.
