About the Role

We're hiring a Software Implementation & Bookkeeping Specialist with 2–4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing ERP and accounting solutions for clients, along with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end software implementation projects — from requirements gathering to go-live.

Implement, configure, and deploy leading accounting and ERP solutions for clients.

Conduct UAT, testing, deployment, user training, and post-implementation support.

Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.

Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure seamless software adoption.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience.

Proven record of implementing accounting/ERP solutions.

Hands-on experience with:

QuickBooks

Xero

Zoho Books

SAP Business One

NetSuite

Sage

Odoo

TallyPrime

Microsoft Dynamics

Strong knowledge of UAT, testing, deployment, training, and bookkeeping/accounting.

Background in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
