Job Description: PCB Design & Integration of ADXL355 with STM32

We are seeking an experienced PCB Designer / Embedded Engineer to design and implement a two-PCB solution for mounting and testing the ADXL355 accelerometer sensor with an STM32 development board.

Scope of Work:

  1. PCB Development


•
Design a compact PCB to mount the ADXL355 sensor IC.


•
Mount the sensor on this PCB and use it as a remote head PCB, connecting it via cables to a second PCB.


•
Design the second PCB to contain the main supporting circuit (power supply, resistors, capacitors, etc. circuit diagram will be provided).


•
Ensure reliable interconnection between the two PCBs for stable sensor performance.

  1. Integration & Testing


• Interface the ADXL355 setup with the STM32 development board.


• Validate communication and test data acquisition (X, Y, Z acceleration and temperature).

  1. Programming & Documentation


• Develop STM32 firmware to read and display sensor data.


• Provide original source code with clear comments.


• Prepare a setup manual with screenshots or step-by-step procedure.

Deliverables:

  1. PCB schematics in EasyEDA or KiCad.

  2. PCB source files (both sensor PCB and main circuit PCB).

  3. Verified communication of ADXL355 with STM32 to acquire data.

  4. STM32 program source code with comments.

  5. Instruction manual (screenshots and step-by-step procedure of setup and testing).
