Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi (General Aviation, Opposite Ispahani Hanger, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi) for a Management Trainee. The Management Trainee will be responsible for supporting senior consultants with data analysis, preparing detailed reports, conducting research, and assisting in the development and implementation of client solutions. Daily tasks also include participating in consulting projects, attending client meetings, understanding client needs, and developing presentations.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
