Job Description

We are seeking a Management Trainee – Operations to support day-to-day business processes and client service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily coordination of operations, client file management, and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain and update client records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Monitor deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, accounts).
  • Help prepare operational reports and presentations.
  • Suggest process improvements for efficiency.
  • Participate in client communication (emails, calls, scheduling) under supervision.
  • Shadow senior managers to learn and gain exposure to decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Fresh graduate to 3 years' experience in operations or administration.

Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
