Job Summary:
The Restaurant Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer complaints, and ensuring profitability through efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.
- Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure discipline.
- Assist in staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and place orders as required.
- Support the Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
- Train and motivate staff to improve service standards.
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and staff attendance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
- Proven experience in restaurant operations or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
