Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Multan. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include maintaining the sales floor, restocking products, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales objectives and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to resolve customer issues
  • Sales experience, knowledge of sales techniques, and ability to meet sales targets
  • Inventory management skills and experience with restocking and organizing products
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools
