The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven
Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist
to join our team in Multan. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our ASO strategy to significantly improve our clients' app visibility, conversion rates, and overall user acquisition efforts across various app stores.

As a leader in this domain, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of specialists to achieve strategic ASO goals.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize app store listings, including titles, descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
  • Analyze performance metrics, traffic, and conversion data to inform and refine ASO strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure ASO best practices are integrated into the app lifecycle.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in the ASO space.

What You'll Bring

  • This is an on-site position based in Multan, Pakistan.
  • 5+ years of dedicated experience
    in App Store Optimization.
  • Proven expertise in ASO techniques, including keyword optimization, metadata management, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with mobile ad monetization strategies, including
    AdMob and mediation platforms
    .
  • Proficiency in leveraging data to perform competitive analysis and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting performance metrics and making data-backed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of broader mobile app marketing and user acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
