
Manager Production

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of production lines, including Krones equipment, to optimize throughput.
- Continuously improve production processes, identify bottlenecks, and streamline operations to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure adequate supply and minimal waste.
- Coordinate with the store and warehouse teams to optimize inventory.
- Work closely with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and store, to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution.
- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of the production team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to beverage production.
- Implement innovative ideas and technologies to improve production processes.
- Provide regular reports on production metrics, challenges, and recommended improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in production management in a beverage production or related industry.
