Call Access - Hiring – "Self-Verifier" (Call Centre)

Position: Self Verifier - (Call Centre)

Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi – Gold Point Shopping Mall, Murree Road

Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Salary: As Per Market Standards

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct follow-up and verification calls with customers to confirm recorded details.

· Review and cross-check customer information for accuracy and completeness.

· Verify CNIC, contact number, address, and order/service details.

· Meet daily verification targets while maintaining performance quality.

Requirements:

· Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor's preferred).

· Excellent English communication and listening skills.

· Good attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.

· Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, CRM systems).

· Prior call Centre or verification experience will be a plus.
