Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Car Field Sales and Marketing Executive
to join our Islamabad and Rawalpindi team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, promoting products, and working independently in the field while actively supporting Car Advisers' full range of services, including
Sell My Car, Buy Me a Car, Auction My Car, Car Inspections, and Japanese Auction Sheet Verification
.

You will be a key driver in growing Car Advisers' platform by onboarding dealers, facilitating vehicle sales, and ensuring a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Field Visits & Listings

• Visit car dealerships, bike dealers, auto parts stores, workshops, and EV charging stations in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Onboard new and used car dealers, bike sellers, armored vehicle rental companies, parts shops, workshops, and EV stations.
• Ensure accurate registration, profile creation, and timely listing updates for all onboarded partners.
• Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure vehicles are certified and verified before sale.

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Handle incoming inquiries from customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-person visits, providing accurate and engaging information.
• Conduct seller and buyer visits, using effective sales techniques to facilitate transactions and enhance the customer experience.
• Support the proper transfer of vehicle ownership from sellers to buyers during transactions.

Product Promotion & Marketing

• Promote Car Advisers' services and packages to individual users and business clients, driving app downloads and registrations.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the local automotive market.
• Conduct live product demos using laptops, tablets, or projectors.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Provide detailed daily and weekly reports on sales activities, customer engagement, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes, outreach strategies, and partner satisfaction.

Travel

• Be flexible to travel across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, with occasional trips to other cities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum education: Matric (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of automobiles, industry trends, and market standards.
• Familiarity with online platforms, automotive marketplaces, and digital communication tools (smartphones, tablets, laptops, Internet, email).
• Persistent, self-motivated, and dedicated to achieving sales targets independently.
• Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development (preferably automotive).
• Passion for the automotive sector and willingness to grow with the company.
