Responsibilities:

  • Generate business through proactive outreach to new customers via cold calling.
  • Quickly develop value-based business relationships with B2B customers.
  • Identify the customer needs based on the customer Digital Marketing requirements.
  • Promote and position the strategic & tactical values of Digital Marketing offerings.
  • You need to have a thorough understanding on the Digital marketing products. So you could drive the call based on clients need.
  • Research, qualify, manage and track leads and related sales activities.
  • Function competently and competitively in a fast-paced, highly transactional call-center environment that requires project and time management skills.
  • Develop a good relation with the clients over the phone in order to convert those leads into Sales.
  • You will be assisting the Sales Supervisors and transferring the potential calls to your supervisor who will be converting those transfers into sales.
  • Excellent English communications skills with prior experience in International Sales and Customer Service will be preferred.

Qualification and skills:

  • Excellent English communication must needed with interpersonal skills.
  • 6 months of outbound B2B sales experience OR a combination of work experience and education prefeered.
  • Demonstrable English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and think analytically.
  • Active listening and communicating skills.

Work Timings: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Night Shift (Saturday & Sunday off days)
