Responsibilities:

International Marketing

o Develop and manage international marketing strategies to expand business in global markets.

o Handle B2B customer inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management worldwide.

o Manage email campaigns, digital marketing, and lead generation.

o Communicate with clients across different time zones (around-the-clock support where required).

o Use AI-based communication/translation tools to interact with customers in non-English speaking countries.

o Prepare and share presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to international clients.

Procurement & Sourcing

o Conduct international procurement and supplier sourcing (China, Europe, Middle East, etc.).

o Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors.

o Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts

o Build and maintain strong supplier/vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply chains.

o Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

Customer Engagement & Communication

o Respond to customer emails after office hours based on global time differences.

o Maintain clear, professional communication with clients in English (mandatory) and Chinese is plus .

o Provide quick solutions to customers using negotiation and problem-solving skills.

o Ensure timely responses, accurate updates, and consistent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or Supply Chain/Procurement or Equivalent

  • Proven experience in international marketing and procurement.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).

  • Chinese Language will be a plus point.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and AI-based translation software.

  • Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication.

  • Ability to work flexible hours (to cover multiple time zones).

  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
