We're Hiring: Office Assistant – Social Media & Administration (Onsite – Gulberg Green, Islamabad)

Are you passionate about digital marketing and social media? Do you have the skills to boost a company's online presence in the US market while also keeping the office running smoothly? If yes, we'd love to hear from you

We're looking for an Office Assistant who can balance administrative duties with SEO and social media expertise preferably expertise in Instagram & LinkedIn . In this role, you'll play a key part in helping our brand reach the top of Google searches, engage with US and as well as local based audiences, and support daily office operations.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute strategies to promote the company's multiple businesses in the US & Local market.

Apply SEO techniques to achieve high rankings on Google.

Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).

Create and publish engaging content for US & Local audiences.

Handle office tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.

Support management during meetings, events, and communications.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in SEO, social media, and online marketing (preferably for US markets).

Proficiency in MS Office and creative tools (Canva, Photoshop).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent English communication (written & spoken).

Ability to adapt to US market trends and digital strategies.
