Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Design Officer, located in Rawalpindi. The Chief Design Officer will be responsible for overseeing the design and creative direction of the company's products and services. Day-to-day tasks include leading design teams, developing visual and product design strategies, implementing user experience design (UED) principles, and managing design projects from concept to completion. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand identity.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Visual Design and Product Design
  • Experience with Design Thinking and User Experience Design (UED)
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
  • Relevant experience in a senior design or creative leadership role
