Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Rawalpindi. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including
  • Drive
    financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
    aligned with business goals.
  • Lead
    budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
    for manufacturing and project operations.
  • Manage
    project costing
    , import documentation, and
    LCs
    for elevator components and materials.
  • Ensure
    statutory compliance
    , tax management, and timely audits.
  • Oversee
    cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
    to maintain liquidity and control.
  • Provide
    financial insights
    for pricing, tendering, and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to support business growth.
  • Build and mentor a
    high-performing finance and accounts team
    .
  • Implement robust
    ERP and internal control systems
    to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in
    Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
    .
  • Professional qualification preferred —
    CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA
    .
  • 10–15 years
    of progressive financial leadership experience, including
    5+ years
    in a senior management role.
  • Experience in
    elevator, engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries
    is highly preferred.
