We're looking for a
performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist
to join our team and manage paid campaigns across:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

LinkedIn Ads

TikTok Ads

Twitter (X) Ads

Lead Funnels & CRM Integrations

What We're Looking For:

– 3–4 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising

– Strong grasp of performance marketing & lead generation strategies

– Excellent communication skills to confidently engage with international clients

– Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

– A team player with the ability to collaborate across departments

– Skilled in A/B testing, performance optimization & reporting

– Creative mindset with a data-driven approach

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Effective Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
