Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven 
Social Media Manager
 to manage, grow, and engage our brand's online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring the brand voice resonates with audiences in both 
Pakistan and the USA
. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management

  • Manage day-to-day social media operations for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the PR Manager to develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
  • Ensure captions, graphics, and visuals reflect brand tone and aesthetics.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop graphic and video content.

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop monthly and quarterly social media plans to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor trends in both Pakistani and USA markets.
  • Execute paid and organic campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and PR campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
  • Optimize content based on engagement, reach, and conversion data.
  • Suggest improvements and adjustments to increase ROI.

Community Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
  • Build and nurture online communities with authentic engagement.
  • Manage customer feedback and escalate complaints to the relevant department when needed.

Trend spotting & Innovation

  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, social media updates, and global/local trends.
  • Experiment with new content formats, features, and creative ideas.
  • Propose fresh campaign ideas tailored for Pakistan & USA audiences.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and paid media strategies.
  • Creativity with strong visual sense; basic design or video editing is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)

  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
  • Familiarity with US and Pakistani consumer behavior.
  • Influencer marketing and campaign management experience.
  • Ability to manage cross-border brand voices and campaigns.
