Currently, we are hiring Virtual Dental Receptionists on behalf of one of our dental clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills to build a long-term career in a growing field.

Role Overview

As a Virtual Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients of our client's dental practice. You'll manage calls, schedule appointments, update patient records, and provide excellent service to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments

Maintain accurate patient records in practice management systems

Manage reminders, recalls, and follow-ups (via phone, SMS, or email)

Assist patients with billing and insurance queries (basic level)

Coordinate with the dental team for daily operations

Deliver excellent customer service with a patient-focused attitude

Qualifications

Experience as a receptionist (dental/medical background preferred, but not mandatory)

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Proficient with computer systems, scheduling tools, and MS Office

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional and friendly demeanor

Work Schedule

Hours: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Days: Monday to Saturday

Hybrid role – primarily remote, occasional on-site work may be required
