Job Description:

We are a growing FMCG / manufacturing company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting records including vouchers, receipts, and payments.
  • Record and reconcile sales, purchases, and expense entries.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and handle petty cash transactions.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to verify data accuracy.
  • Support external audit processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage supplier and customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding balances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / ACCA part-qualified).
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree, or ERP).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and general ledger.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Pay: Rs45, Rs60,000.00 per month
