Accounts Officer
to take charge of our financial management, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain all day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks / Excel / other tools).
  • Track inflows and outflows from multiple sources — COD collections (Daewoo, M&P), salaries, vendor payments, and marketing spends.
  • Reconcile bank statements weekly and flag unrecognized transactions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly
    cash flow
    ,
    P&L
    , and
    balance sheet
    reports.
  • Generate and maintain
    financial ratios
    — ROAS, MER, COGS %, LTV, CAC, Gross Margin, and others specific to e-commerce performance.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization reports.
  • Coordinate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Maintain all accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (preferably in e-commerce or FMCG).
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Excel-based ledgers).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial ratios and metrics.
  • Understanding of digital business metrics (ROAS, MER, LTV, CAC, etc.) will be a huge plus.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
