Job: BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units to understand the challenges these teams face and provide solutions to these groups.

Job Description:

  • Developing automated dashboards integrating cross-functional KPIs to project a holistic impact on eZhire growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
  • Extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources to create datasets for analysis.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to track key performance indicators KPIs and business metrics.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover insights and identify trends that drive business decisions.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and other internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology and training solutions.
  • Convert raw data into meaningful and understandable Dashboards by using different data cleaning tools.
  • Conducting monthly research & analysis on the market & product to find opportunities in uncovered regions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience experience in the ride-hailing industry such as Uber, and Careem would be a plus point
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Required Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong SQL skills preferred, with the ability to query and manipulate data from relational databases.
  • Experience developing automated dashboards to monitor key performance indicators KPIs and track business growth.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technological solutions.
  • Expertise in converting raw data into actionable insights through data cleaning and analysis.
  • Proven capability in conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities in untapped regions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
