We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to apply their analytical skills, work with stakeholders, and contribute to projects that improve business processes and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and support communication with technical teams.
  • Assist in developing user stories, process flows, and wireframes to aid project execution.
  • Conduct basic gap analysis and suggest improvements for systems, tools, or processes.
  • Support cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) in ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Perform data analysis tasks using Excel and assist with SQL queries or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) as needed.
  • Maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), reports, and other documentation to support ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
  • Good understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
