The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders and delivering them to shops within the designated area. Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management:
• Take orders from shops and retail outlets accurately.
• Ensure all orders are recorded and processed correctly.
• Verify order details and address any discrepancies with the customer.
• Delivery:
• Deliver orders to shops in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the quality and integrity of the products during transit.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed and signed by the customer.
• Customer Service:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly.
• Provide product information and assist with any special requests.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or overstock situations.
• Ensure that products are delivered in compliance with inventory control standards.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
• Prepare daily reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Promote new products and special offers to customers.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and relay information to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a sales or delivery role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and lift products as needed.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the local area and its shops is advantageous.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with regular working hours.
• Requires local travel to various shop locations.
• May involve lifting and carrying products.
