Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative, located in Lahore. The Customer Sales Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as engaging with potential customers, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include processing sales transactions, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets. The representative will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling products, as well as resolving any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Sales, Upselling, and Cross-selling experience
  • Proficiency in maintaining customer records and processing sales transactions
  • Time Management and Organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

Timings: 6 pm to 3 am (Night Shift)

Salary: up to 40,000 + Incentives
