Position Overview

Verity Partners is seeking a Full MERN Stack Engineer to join our technology team in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications across the full stack — from interfaces to APIs and database layers with MongoDB or PostgreSQL. This role is ideal for engineers who not only write clean and efficient code, but also embrace AI tools and automation to optimise workflows, speed up delivery, and maintain high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using , , , and MongoDB
  • Design and implement responsive UIs with RESTful API integrations
  • Develop backend services and secure APIs for performance and scalability
  • Work with , Redis, and PostgreSQL where required
  • Implement OAuth flows and apply security best practices
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and product managers
  • Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean
  • Ensure maintainable code quality with proper documentation and testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development
  • Proficient in:
  • (Hooks, Context API, Redux)
  • ,
  • MongoDB + Mongoose
  • REST APIs and JSON data handling
  • HTML5, CSS3, ES6+
  • Git and version control workflows
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and basic deployment tools
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, code assistants) to accelerate development and problem-solving

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Knowledge of or other SSR frameworks
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Redis
  • Experience with Docker / containerization
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
