Job Summary:

We are seeking a disciplined, dedicated, and responsible individual (preferably a Retired Army Naib Subedar) to join our team as a Petrol Pump Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising sales operations, maintaining discipline among staff, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, and managing smooth day-to-day operations of the petrol pump. This role requires a strong sense of leadership, integrity, and vigilance to ensure efficiency, accountability, and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead daily sales operations of the petrol pump in accordance with company SOPs.

· Monitor and control sales staff performance, attendance, and discipline.

· Ensure accurate cash handling, fuel dispensing, and record-keeping.

· Maintain strict compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety protocols.

· Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the station during all shifts.

· Identify and report operational issues, shortages, or any irregularities to management promptly.

· Uphold workplace discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior among staff.

· Coordinate with management for staff training, operational audits, and compliance reporting.

· Support in maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Retired Army Officer (Naib Subedar or equivalent rank) preferred.

· Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

· Excellent discipline, integrity, and command over operational control.

· Basic knowledge of sales operations, cash handling, and record management.

· Ability to enforce SOPs and maintain compliance standards.

· Physically fit with strong communication and coordination skills.

· Previous experience in petrol pump or retail supervision will be an advantage.
