Petrol Pump Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a disciplined, reliable, and responsible individual (preferably a Retired Army Hawaldar) to serve as a Petrol Pump Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining staff discipline, monitoring sales activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and safeguarding company property. This role demands leadership, integrity, and strong supervision skills to manage sales teams effectively and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and control daily activities of sales staff, ensuring punctuality, discipline, and proper customer service.

· Monitor all sales transactions to prevent cash discrepancies or malpractice.

· Ensure safety and security of premises, fuel storage, and company assets.

· Maintain vigilance and implement checks to prevent fuel pilferage or wastage.

· Support the Pump Manager in overseeing operational performance and staff coordination.

· Handle and resolve staff or customer issues promptly and professionally.

· Maintain cleanliness, order, and standard operating procedures at the station.

· Prepare daily sales summaries and assist in report verification.

· Coordinate with management for policy enforcement and staff training.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Retired Army personnel (Hawaldar or equivalent rank) preferred.

· Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

· Physically fit and capable of maintaining active supervision throughout duty hours.

· Proven integrity, punctuality, and sense of responsibility.

· Basic knowledge of record-keeping and report writing.

· Previous experience in retail, fuel, or security supervision will be an added advantage.
