Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Lahore. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales processes, addressing client queries, providing product information, managing order processing, and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely deliveries. The role also involves identifying potential clients and business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Sales processes, contract negotiation, and business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using sales management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing or plastic industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
