Accounts Manager

Accounts Manager (Hotel Industry) to oversee and manage all financial operations of our hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the hotel, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and analyze hotel revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, audit requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Review payroll, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments for accuracy and timely processing.
- Provide financial insights to hotel management for business growth and cost optimization.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role in the hospitality/hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CMA certification is a plus).
