We are a leading battery manufacturing company - Alaska Batteries seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Regional Manager to oversee operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service in the KPK .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support regional sales teams to achieve targets
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the market
- Foster strong relationships with distributors and clients
- Monitor operations, inventory, and market trends
- Report performance insights to senior management
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in sales/operations leadership, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs125,000.00 per month
