Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Auto Finance in the KPK Region, located in Peshawar. The Team Leader will manage daily operations related to auto finance, including overseeing the processing and approval of auto finance applications, ensuring compliance with the bank's policies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and dealers. The role includes leading and mentoring the auto finance team, analyzing financial statements, and preparing financial reports. The Team Leader will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.Arranging Road shows and other marketing activities in whole region

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Finance, and Accounting
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Reporting
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Peshawar
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in auto finance or related financial services is a plus
