Position Overview
ATU Logistic is seeking a proactive Call Center Agent to manage customer outreach, handle inquiries, schedule service requests, and support our delivery coordination team. This role involves managing high-volume calls, gathering customer information, and ensuring timely responses related to pickup, dispatch, and service requirements. The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction
- Attend incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, pickups, and delivery processes.
- Make follow-up calls to confirm booking details, service schedules, and customer requirements.
- Provide customers with clear guidance on available logistics options and service procedures.
- Record customer concerns and route issues to the appropriate internal department.
Service Coordination
- Assist in scheduling pickups, confirming delivery instructions, and verifying customer details.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure orders are processed accurately.
- Track pending requests and notify customers regarding updates or changes in their service timeline.
- Identify urgent service matters and escalate them to supervisors for quick resolution.
Data Handling & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer inputs, and service logs.
- Update internal systems with customer details, call outcomes, and service confirmations.
- Prepare short daily summaries regarding frequent inquiries, call volumes, and service issues.
Quality & Performance
- Follow company call-handling guidelines and maintain excellent communication standards.
- Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets, productivity goals, and quality requirements.
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and a customer-first approach in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center, customer support, telecalling, or service coordination role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle fast-paced work environments.
- Basic understanding of MS Office and call-handling software/tools.
- Positive attitude, strong listening skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
