Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Lahore. The Call Center Agent will handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers, address their inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, providing product or service information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering support. The agent will interact with customers through various channels, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
