Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and support the operations team in executing organizational goals.
  • Monitor day-to-day operational activities across campuses and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation (faculty, staff, facilities, and materials).
  • Review performance metrics, prepare operational reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Identify gaps in operations and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure smooth execution of student services, admissions, examinations, and other academic support functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Handle escalated operational issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/LMS systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: Rs130, Rs160,000.00 per month
