Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for senior and strategic positions across multiple international jurisdictions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to build and maintain a robust, diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as an internal consultant on international talent markets, providing data-driven insights on compensation benchmarks, competitor activity, and talent availability to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with senior hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience, ensuring every candidate—regardless of outcome
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to our global recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in each country of operation. Stay updated on global immigration and visa processes.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3 years focusing on international hiring (EMEA, APAC, or LATAM regions are highly desirable).
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including senior-level, technical, and hard-to-fill positions across different countries.
  • Demonstrable experience with international employment law, compliance, and contract norms.
  • Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (tech startup experience is a plus).

  • Negotiator: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with expertise in crafting complex international compensation packages.
  • Autonomous & Proactive: A self-starter who can operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in an environment with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex logistical challenges.
