M&P Express Logistics is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Assistant Manager Consumer (AMC) to oversee retail channel operations, manage express centers, and support revenue growth through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewal of tenancy agreements for express centers
  • Initiate documentation for new company-owned or franchise locations
  • Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
  • Conduct regular visits to express centers, franchises, and shop-in-shop outlets
  • Ensure proper dissemination of updated SOPs and operational guidelines
  • Monitor inventory, expenses, and booking item availability
  • Coordinate with departments for admin-related tasks
  • Train and develop retail staff on professional communication and outlook
  • Organize local marketing activities
  • Drive performance across the retail channel to meet business goals

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate
  • Experience: 3-4 years
