Role Overview:

The role will support the implementation of EHS initiatives and sustainability practices across the organization, ensuring compliance with global standards while fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning & executing EHS and sustainability initiatives aligned with ESG principles

  • Support dyes & chemicals management protocols and circular economy practices

  • Conduct workforce EHS trainings and awareness sessions

  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations & international standards

  • Facilitate audits, inspections, and reporting for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental / Chemical Engineering

  • 3 – 4 years of relevant EHS/Sustainability experience (textile sector preferred)

  • Familiarity with international standards (ZDHC, Higg FEM, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)

  • NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
