Job Overview:

We are seeking a Guest Posting Specialist to manage outreach and publishing of high-quality guest posts on Pakistani websites, with a focus on the healthcare and wellness industry. The role involves researching potential websites, negotiating placements (both paid and free), and building long-term relationships with site owners to increase brand visibility, authority, and traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Identify Pakistani websites, blogs, and digital publications in the health niche (hospitals, clinics, wellness blogs, lifestyle, fitness, diet, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with editors, bloggers, and website owners.
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Content Placement & Negotiation
  • Negotiate guest posting opportunities (both paid and free) with website owners.
  • Secure do-follow backlinks and ensure content is published on relevant, high-DA sites.
  • Manage budgets for paid placements and keep a record of costs.
  • Content Coordination
  • Collaborate with writers to develop SEO-optimized health-related content (articles, blogs, case studies).
  • Ensure content aligns with each website's publishing guidelines.
  • Edit or rewrite content if required for better approval rates.
  • SEO & Link-Building Strategy
  • Target websites with high Domain Authority (DA) and strong Pakistani traffic.
  • Monitor backlinks to ensure they remain live.
  • Track ranking improvements and traffic from guest posting campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Maintain outreach database (paid/free guest post contacts, DA, traffic, niche).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on outreach success, published posts, costs, and results.
  • Analyze competitors' guest posting strategies in the Pakistani health niche.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in guest posting, outreach, or link-building (health industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with Pakistani websites and online publishers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, DA/DR metrics, and keyword research.
  • Ability to manage both paid and free outreach opportunities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
